Having Nitro and boosting Cimmarian are different. To receive our booster perks, your boost needs to be applied to the Cimmarian server.

Your Cimmarian booster benefits
- Booster role and rank colour: recognition for supporting the Cimmarian Discord.
- Cimmarian booster rank emblem: the special rose-quartz coin featured in our rank artwork.
- External sound, emoji and sticker permissions: access in the relevant Cimmarian channels, where these features are available to your Discord account.
- Community bot access: use of most Cimmarian community bots. Premium bots are excluded.
These are benefits within the Cimmarian server. Server permissions do not replace a Nitro subscription or its account-level features.
How to boost Cimmarian
On Discord desktop or browser:
- Join the Cimmarian Discord using the account you want to boost from.
- Open the Cimmarian server’s name menu and choose Server Boost.
- Select Boost This Server. Use an available boost, or review the purchase options Discord shows.
- Complete the prompts and check for the confirmation that your boost is active.
If your app’s layout differs, follow Discord’s current boosting instructions.
Common questions
I already have Nitro. Am I automatically boosting Cimmarian?
No. Full Nitro includes two Server Boosts, but you choose where to apply them. Nitro Basic does not include Server Boosts. Check your allocations in Discord’s Server Boost settings.
How long do my booster perks last?
These perks are tied to your active Cimmarian booster role. If your boosts expire or are transferred away and you are no longer boosting Cimmarian, your booster access ends.
Does boosting include premium bots or a website membership?
No. Premium bots are excluded from the booster benefits listed here, and boosting does not activate a paid website tier. See Cimmarian memberships for the benefits offered through a separate website membership.
Do I need to boost to wear the CGL server tag?
No. You can wear our available server tag as a member of the Discord. Follow the CGL server-tag guide.
Where do I manage or cancel my boosts?
Manage boost allocations in Discord’s Server Boost settings. For billing or cancellation, use Discord’s subscription settings and billing guide. Separately purchased boost subscriptions can remain active after Nitro is cancelled.
Boosted, but missing a role or perk?
Check that your active boost is applied to Cimmarian on the correct Discord account. If something is still missing, open a support ticket in the Cimmarian Discord with your username and the role or feature you cannot access.
